The URBI-4L linear PET blower is the ideal stretch-blow moulding solution for large PET containers, etc. with high speed and high efficiency.

The URBI-4L is a 4-cavity system for containers of up to 10 litres consisting of 2 presses. It has a single preform feed and integrated container removal systems. Its excellent production capacity of up to 5000 b/h (in 5 litre formats), makes it suitable for in line functioning with the filler.

The URBI-2L PET blow machine is the compact machine segment of technologically advanced stretch-blow moulding machines for large PET containers, etc.

The URBI-2L is the ideal blow model for the manufacturing of containers of up to 10 litres in 2 cavities. The URBI-2L offers excellent process precision providing a high production speed (up to 2,500 b/h in 5 litre container) and a drastic reduction in packaging weight.

The URBI-8 is an 8-cavity blower for bottles of up to 2 litres, with two presses and a single preform introduction system. With a production capacity of up to 13,600 b/h, it is appropriate for operating in line with the filler.

URBI-6 Stretch blow moulding of PET bottles, etc., with linear design, offers a new generation of ECO machines, combining the most innovative technological innovations.

The URBI-6 blower of PET preforms has 6 moulds available for bottles of up to 2 litres, reaching productivity capacities of up to 10,500 b/h. It offers a significant decrease in the carbon footprint thanks to reduced energy consumption via the reuse of the energy released in the servomotor stoppage, optimization of blown air volume, and reuse of the blown air.

The blow mould plays a fundamental role for the production of bottles, and that is why at Urola we integrate the complete process.

We advise, design the container and mould, manufacture the mould, manufacture samples and provide the best possible after-sales service.

CONTAINER AND MOULD DESIGN

We have the most appropriate means to develop the designs of the container and mould, both highly qualified technicians and the most powerful computer tools.

MOULD MANUFACTURING

We use 5 axis CNC Machining Centers and other auxiliary machines for the manufacture of moulds with the highest quality.

SAMPLE MANUFACTURING

This service is covered by Urola when it is required to determine the validity of the container when it is a new packaging development.

AFTER SALES SERVICE AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

We accompany the customer in the maintenance of the moulds during their useful life to ensure that the conditions of the process are maintained in optimal conditions.

For this we replace worn parts, repairs, check air outlets, check cooling circuits, etc.

A cooling system is integrated within the very mould. Moulds are manufactured in duralumin with stainless steel, treated neck adjustments.
