The K D\u00fcsseldorf traid fair is the most important international fair in the world dedicated to the plastics and rubber industry and brings together more than 3,000 exhibitors, and of which Urola has had the pleasure of being part of another year. From Urola Solutions we have had the opportunity to present the new SWT blown rotary extrusion machine<\/a>, the new generation of rotary machines with a tangential mould layout in the rotating unit. A model that offers an increase in production, greater energy efficiency, since they are 100% electric, and the possibility of producing different types of bottles due to the tangential position of the moulds.<\/p>\n

Likewise, we have focused on the importance of digitalization<\/a> thanks to which we offer the best individualized solutions to our customers. This digitalization service is based on optimizing the cost per bottle, consume less energy and materials, know when your assets will need maintenance actions and anticipate to it. Thanks to Big Data we look for access to instant data about the production and status of your assets on different mobile devices from anywhere.<\/p>\n

The main objective of the K fair has been to present all our innovations and our know-how in the machinery sector. Attendees have had the opportunity to learn about the latest technology in monitoring and control of packaging manufacturing processes.<\/p>\n
