Neck to Neck

The Neck to Neck concept consists of placing two cavities in a single mould. Therefore, while keeping the number of moulds, production capacity is virtually duplicated.

This technique is primarily utilized for the production of small dairy or similar type bottles, or "single serve".

  • Two cavities per mould.
  • A single blower for both cavities. The blower is located in the centre.
  • Transfer to the trimmer via conveyor belt.
  • Highly efficient rotary trimmer with horizontal drum.
  • Optionally, a system of positioning bottles vertically and a unifier in a single line.
